Q5: What's the lead time of mass production?

A: Generally 2-4 weeks. We will inform you the lead time after receiving your payment.

Q6: I can't find specific products, can you make it for me?

A: Yes, our catalog covers the majority of our products but not all. So feel free to let us know what you want. We can also open new mould for specific requirements. For your reference, making a new mould will take about 40 days, and additional fees are needed.
