3.Structural features:

1.The strainer equips single/double head.

2.The head is fitted with a mechanical cutter,which operates hydraulically.The operation is simple and easy.

3.Barrel is the sectional structure ,and in feeding section there is spiral channels inside the barrel,which fit with feeding roll to improve the feeding capacity.Barrel in plasticizing section and extrusion section is equipped with different pins.

4.Speed reducer and gears all adopt alloy steel hard tooth structure.

5.This machine takes advantages of good plasticizing effect ,high filtering,low stock output temeprature and stable running.
