Linden honey is one of the best varieties of honey. The value of this honey is in the enzymes that enhance its antibacterial and antimicrobial action. It contains vitamins B, E, K, C and carotene. Linden honey has a unique flavor and a fragrant, unforgettable aroma. Linden honey originates from the flowers of a linden tree which is called "the queen of honey plants". Linden honey is liquid, transparent and has amber or light yellow shade, but in the process of crystallization, it acquires an almost white, milky color and a dense granular texture. This honey usually crystallizes within six months.
