By doing so, we, now, provide our yeast to the market with more competitive prices while preserving our very well-known quality as the production is still made under our own knowhow. On the other hand, our production for bread improver and flour improver is still based in Istanbul, Turkey. "Master Industrial Group" is producing MASTERPAN Bread Improver, which is the best solution for bakeries increasing the volume of bread, providing homogeneous pore structure by improving the internal tissue. In addition to our bread improver, "Master Industrial Group" is producing MASTERPAN Flour Improver with its high developed analysis laboratory with international and scientific test methods such as 6000 flour and 3000 wheat analyses per year in its Baking Center in Istanbul Turkey. We are planning to establish similar baking centers in Frankfurt / Germany , Skopje / Macedonia and Tehran / Iran during the course of 2019. The products of MASTERPAN Flour Improver provide certain solutions with our high tech laboratory for mills. We work exclusively with only one customer in a country and we never supply products under different brands creating destructive competition between the market players. Our lead times from order to shipment takes 4-5 weeks.
