A: Yes, upto 10 USD worth of samples are free of cost. But shipping is on buyer's account.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs minimum 3 weeks for a complete container of crafted items.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ?

A: MOQ for this item is 500 Pieces. 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship samples by DHL and FedEx It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For larger orders we use good shipping lines and forwarders.

Q5. How to proceed an order for any Himalayan Salt Product?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the quotation and places a deposit for formal order after signing a Sales contract with us.
Fourthly We arrange the production and shipment and work as per the agreement.

Q6. Is it possible to get custom packaging of my brand name?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design. The MOQ for a 4 color printed box is a complete container of same item and for lesser items, we can make stickers of your brand to paste on the boxes.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer guarantee for faulty cords and bulbs, upon collecting proof, we send replacement free of cost.
