Products Description


The plantar pressure sensor is a flexible membrane pressure sensor with 16 independent sensing areas, and the output resistance of the sensing area changes with the external pressure.
Reasonable layout of the sensing area, the interface has a total of 20 interface leads. The interface leads use a 1mm pitch, 10Pin, 0.3mm thickness plug interface. There are 2 common lines, 16 independent leads in the sensing area, and 2 vacant lines.
The plantar pressure sensor is composed of a polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, a highly conductive material and a nano-scale pressure-sensitive material. The bottom layer is the flexible film and the conductive layer laminated on it, and the top layer is the flexible film and the pressure-sensitive material laminated on it. The two are bonded with double-sided tape and isolate the sensing area of ​​the upper and lower layers. When the sensing area is under pressure, the lines separated from each other by the bottom layer are turned on, and the output resistance of the metal port changes accordingly with the pressure.
The sensor has excellent waterproof function, waterproof grade IP67.
