Q1: What's the warranty of your LED bulbs?
A1: Commonly the warranty of our LED bulbs is 2-3 years. But if customers have special requirements about the warranty, we'll try our best to meet their requirements.
Q2: What is color temperature ?
A2: LED Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural, pure and cool white with color temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the color temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:
Warm white = 2700K-3200K
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Pure white = 5000K-5500K
Cool white = 6000K-6500K
Q3: Can we have samples?
A3: Yes, samples will be provided if you want, but the sample fee should be paid by you and we will return it after placing the order.
Q4: What's your lead time?
A4: Samples 3-6 workdays; order of over 1K pcs 25-35 workdays after receiving deposit. And if your lead time is tight, we will try our best to shorten the time.
Q5: What’s your payment terms and shipping terms?
A5: Payment terms: T/T in Advance. (30% deposit by T/T or Western Union; 70% before delivery for bulk order.) If you prefer other ways to pay, please let us know.
Shipping terms: FOB Shenzhen, China.
Q6: Which certification do you have?
A6: CE, RoHS, FCC, C-tick, and others if you want we will apply for you.
