Drum filter 

 

Drum filter is a mechanical, self-cleaning filter that works with gravity to remove the micro-particle from water.It's made from four parts: house, roller, back washing system, electric control system.

Capacity: 30 ~ 500m³/H (or higher), use non-toxic seawater corrosion resistant high quality engineering plastic materials, and use 200 mesh (75 microns) stainless steel mesh to remove & separate suspended solids.

 

   

Protein Fractionators 

 

YBS Protein Fractionators are used to provide an efficient means of floatable and dissolved solids control, by removing mechanically, fine and dissolved organics from water. Additionally, through the fractionation process, YBS PSK infuses oxygen and ozone that minimize bacteria and microorganisms concentration in Recirculated Aquaculture Systems (RAS).

 

 

 UV disinfection

  

UV disinfection system is a sterilizing device for biologically charged water treatment, where the Ultra Violet radiation targets directly to microorganisms genetic material (DNA & RNA) destruction. The comparative advantage of the UV disinfection system over various chemical disinfection methods, is the unaffected physical and chemical composition of water after the UV radiation activity. The UV is effective against any type of microorganism such as algae, bacteria, virus, fungi, yeasts and ozone gas. UV devices are core filters to biologically charged water volume and it is commonly used to fresh and marine RAS farms and hatcheries.

 

 

MBBR are biological filters

 

MBBR are biological filters, fabricated to provide biological filtration and maximize oxygen concentration while enabling organic load degradation. MBBR biotowers, are made of PP, resistant to osmosis and ozone gas. MBBR range covers the treatment needs for Biomass load from 10 up to 850kg per bio-tower, utilizing low water volume and small footprint. The non-treated water swell is continuously mixed with air/oxygen in the biotower, while the organic load is degraded biologically by microorganisms. This bio-film layer is formed on and in suspended polyethylene floating media.

Our equipment is eligible to support the complete life cycle of all aquatic farm animals from larvae hatcheries to grow out pool RAS filtration systems. MAT RAS is not focusing on building complete fish farms on the contrary, aims to be subcontracted for the complete supply and installation for all MEP and RAS equipment of a fishfarm.
