SAMPLE POLICIES:
1. Are samples available? How about the samples time and fee?
It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express account or prepay for us if you don't have an account.
2. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost.
PRODUCTION:
1. Can you do OEM?
Yes, we can customize size, color, design.... Customer's ideas are welcome.
2. What is about the production time?
Usually 35-40 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 35-40 days.
3. Can you make customer's own brand name?
Yes, we can provide hang tags, labels or cover in your own design & logo.
SHIPMENT:
Which shipping methods could I choose?
We normally provide our customers FOB price in USD. Shipping port is Hai Phong port, which is 3.5 hours from our factory. Any other methods could be discussed.
PAYMENT:
What are your payment terms?
T/T with 30 % deposit and 70 % against copy of original documents or L/C at sight.
