They also conduct a sensory analysis, determine the moisture content and composition of honey. Ripe, fine honey passes a gentle processing. It is settled to get rid of excess natural impurities. Before bottling honey is dissolved by special technology, at the temperature that allows to keep useful properties, and only after that honey gets filtered and packed in a consumer packaging.
Linden honey is highly valued all over the world. In the midst of flowering linden forest is filled with the pleasant aroma from the tiny yellow-white flowers and this attracts bees from all around. Linden honey is pale yellow in color and has vanilla-caramel flavor with a hint of mint and sometimes has a light bitterness. When crystallized has white or golden yellow color.
