Main Features of CNC Automatic Rebar Sawing and Threading Machine :
1. It can automatically complete the sawing of the rebar end and the sawing face is smooth which can thread directly; 2.Steel bar fixed length mechanism adopts servo motor control, adjusting the distance between the shear blade and positioning baffle through Servo motor drive screw mechanism. With encoder measurement, length of high precision, it can up to ± 2 mm. It can cut the rebar bar to kinds of length. Many manufacturers in the industry still use frequency conversion motor control, the accuracy is poor.
3. Automatic cutting to length and accurate steel bar cutting make sure the end material of the bar can reach up to 1cm. It can improve the utilization rate of materials. 4.With high production efficiency, the main machine can realize the steel bar both ends with automatic sizing sawing length. The sawing width can up to 450mm. It can saw 17 steel bars withΦ20 in about one minute. The main machine adopts double column design, and it can lift smooth and sawing stable. The steel bar is pressed with hydraulic cylinder on both sides, which has high pressure, so that the bar does not rotate during sawing process, reducing the damage to the saw blade, and the steel reinforcement is evenly cut. 5. The first stage set of wire roller conveyor platform adopts chain drive, which can be used for the temporary storage of steel bar after butting saw, and realizes the assembly line operation of the processing operation. It can reduce secondary transportation and improve production efficiency. 6. V-type roller conveyor is used to ensure transmission the steel bar to the threading machine automatically, and then turn to the next procedure without manual assistance. V-type adopts wear-resistant material with long service life. 7. Enhanced threading machine has long service life, and it can automatically clamping the steel bar and automatically strip the rib cage. Therefore the labor intensity is reduced and productivity is improved
