1. Q: Do you have current sample in stock?

     A: Usually we don’t have, because different customers have different requests, even the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters maybe different. But we could finish your sample quickly once order confirmed.

2.  Q: What’s the delivery time for mass production?

     A: Usually 25-32days, it depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by case.

3.  Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?

     A: It’s custom-making design, no current certificate, but we could apply CE, UL, UN38.3 and other related certificates for you, but the certificates fee needs to be paid by you, if your quantity is big enough, certificates fee could be refunded.

4.  Q: Do you offer charger for battery?

     A: Yes, we do. If you also need charger, please mention it when sending inquiry, kindly note that our charger cost is not included in the battery cost.
