Explanation of loading:
From top loading per axle, We think the total weight is 50Ton, The weight 50Ton include the
tractor ,trailer and loading. The tractor is about 9Ton, So the Trailer and loading should be about 41
Ton. Now our trailer is about 7300kg (with one Spare Tire). So the loading can not more 33700kg.
However, In reality, The trailer can load 40Ton without problem.
Steel Structure:
Material: High strength low alloy steel with Q350 (350MPa) yield strength is used for
welded I-beam and Q350(350MPa) yield strength steel is used for the fabricated parts.
Main Beams: 500mm deep x 146mm wide x 6mm web welded I-section main beams.
Platform: checked steel floor, the thickness is 2.5mm.
Front Wall: The height of the front wall is 1000mm

Five (5) years and be based on standard “RE 3” of the “European degree of rusting standards”.
