Product parameter

Motor — KDS series peristaltic pump have four kinds motors , Ac synchronous gear motor (FA), stepper motor (FB) ,24V/12V dc brush motor (FC/FE) , AC shaded-pole motor (FD), This motor can provide different voltage

Tube — The pump is configured with French-made Imported Norprene tube(N)

and silicon tube(S). Both of them has is 1.6mm wall thickness to withstand high

pressure. Besides,different choise of tube size is avaliable to meet your need for

different flow rate.

Working parts — Two active motors and two guiding rotor constitute the main working parts of this pump. The guiding rotor ensure the tube would not deviate from the working area. Both ends of two active motors was installed with elastic spring, making sure that the outflow pressure would not be affected by thedegree of wear of tubing. This unique design makes transferring liquid with small particles smooth and avoid locked-rotor.

Installation method — This pump have two ways of fixation, supporting it or sticking a wear through it. This two installation methods make it applicable in different working places. Four direction of pipe joint is acceptable, as shown in the following picture.

Material  — The body of this pump is made of high-impact synthetic engineering plastics. Medal parts are made of high corrosion and temperature resistant stainless steel. Bearing is made of French-imported material to facilitate the low level of noise and long term durability.

Appearance & Color  — KDS Series pump have four kinds of color, Yellow(Y), Red(R), Blue(B), and Green(G). Choose at your will.
