Q1: Is hydrogen safe for breathing?
A1: Hydrogen has no side effect. It is safe for all kinds of people, including the pregnant, children, the old, ect.
Q2: What kind of water should be used in the machine?
A2:RO water, pure water(TDS≤25）
Q3: How often should the user change water in the machine?
A3: We suggest you to change new water every 1 week when it is used daily.
When the colour LED light flashes, TDS of water is over the proper range, user also needs to change new water.
Q4: How long can we use the machine continuously?
A4: It is suggested to have a break(about 15 minutes) when the machine continously work for 4 hours. It is better for a long-term maintenance of the electric parts.
Q5: Is the carton strong enough for long distance delivery?
A5: We use strengthened carton which can withstand rough handling. There are thick foam mats in the carton protecting the machine. If customers would like stronger packaging, we can offer wooden cases.
