What is your MOQ?Lead time?

We donot have MOQ on all products, 1 PC is also OK. Nearly all products are in stock for fast shippment, usually 3 working days, but in alibaba we write 10 days since sometimes the logistic information will be delayed(some items we send by our courier not by alibaba directly so logistics data is slow to update).

Do you accept OEM/ODM service?

Both OEM and ODM are highly welcomed as long as you meet our MOQ and we prefer orders such as OEM and ODM since quantity is large and clients are steady.

What is your after-sale service and warranty?

Our warranty is one year and we can repair free for you within warranty as long as the problem is not made personally. If personal  problems and out of warranty then buyer have to pay the shipping fee and repair fee if needed.For small items we can send free replacement in next order.

What is your payment term and business term?

You can pay us by paypal,western union, Sigue,Veem,bank transfer,Escrow, any method is OK.For sample we usually send by express such as DHL,EMS,UPS,Fedex,Aramex etc,sea shippment and truck shippment all OK.For business term, FOB,EXW,DAP,CIF all accepted.

How to place an order?

You can choose the model and quantity you want, then we check the shipping fee and send you the Proforma invoice to pay. Payment online by escrow is welclomed, others also OK. After you pay us we will send directly to your address, then you pay get phones from local express to pay tax if needed, after that they deliver to you. If online payment by escrow pls donot forget to give us feedback if you are satisfied with the product and our service.
