If do not have engineers, please send back the items, we can repair the items for you or we will re-produce for you.

Q5: Can you send a sample for us to develop?
Yes, we can. Sample can be sent out once you ask for it, if the samples cost is very higher , we will ask a sample fee. At the same time. the Sample fee will return back in future order.

Q6: What packing ways do you offer?
We offer with own brand packing, neutral packing or customized packing.
