Q1: Is your company a trading one or a factory?
A: Factory and trade (we have our own factory site.)

Q2: How can I get a sample of required material for confirm the quality?
A: Please give the exact thickness, structure of each layer, with also finishing of surface you need as far as possible. We could choose appropriate samples for you according to your specification.

Q3: How is your sample charge?
A: Free on charge when no more than 1 square meter with freight collect. Express time will be 5-7 days.

Q4: How about your Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Regular product: 100SQM per model. Customized products: Negotiated.

Q5: What's the delivery time?
A: Usually 10-30 days.

Q6: Can you help us to shorten the lead time? Because there is not enough time left for us to deliver the goods to our customer within the lead time.
A: In a way, yes, we can get our factories reschedule their production, as long as the lead time of our other customers are not affected.

Q7:What's your payment?
A: Our payment term normally is 30% by T/T in advance as the deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipping, our payment mode for balance could by T/T. We also accept L/C, Paypal, and Western Union.
