Tin Soldering bar melting point is above 400℃, tin solder bar can keep lucent surface with less dregs/residue which will greatly reduce cost. It is applicable to various of high melting point soldering, especially good in inductance wires, transformer and other industries. The alloy composition can be changed according to specific requirement such as Sn63Pb37, Sn50Pb50, Sn40Pb60, Sn30Pb70,Sn10Pb90, Sn99.3Cu0.7, Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5, Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7, Sn99Cu1, etc.
Also applied to high-precision electronic products, and other requirements of precision welding products, welding products, general electronics, automotive and electrical industry and high temperature resistant products.
Soldering bar of this series used in Yunnan high purity electrolytic tin, lead as a raw material, advanced smelting technology to remove harmful impurities and the solution kept several of them made of gas inclusions and finished welding the various components are in line with GBT8012-2000 standard. Our solder alloy are added antioxidant, operating temperature of 300 degrees below, the solder surface is glossy, very little oxidation of slag, for any form of hot dip soldering or wave soldering.
