Each water feature has a one year limited warranty on electrical parts. The re-circulating pump and electrical systems can be guaranteed one –year , acrylic panel and metallic base can be guaranteed three years except man-made sabotage.

A: For regular standard sizes:one year warranty.
For customized big sizes :warranty from one to five years as per material thickness

A:We configure a red pump (inflator) with long pipe before packing.

A:Distilled water and pure water are recommended to prevent the calcium deposits and algae producing in the acrylic panel.
