API 4F  China Origin ZJ15 100t 550hp truck-mounted workover rig  

 

XJ550 (100t)workover& drilling rig is dedicated equipments for oilfield. The rig adopts 10x8 driven type chassis, Caterpillar engine and Allission transmission (can use China brand also),  and double drum draw-works. Max. hook load is 1350KN. The mast height is 35m. The rig equipped with rotary table, platform, and swivel etc.

       Adopts double section hydraulic lifting, flexible mast, the height is 35m.

       Equipped with double CAT C15 engine and Allission M5620AR transmission. The performance is stable and reliable.

       The driven model of chassis is 10x8. Single cab. With heater.

       The main drum adopts ATD324 disc brake, and assis brake is air control disk type brake.

       Anti-collision crown block.

       Fingerboard of monkey board is longitudinal arrangement, the beam space can be adjusted. Equipped with aid climbing implement and escape device.

       All pneumatic pipelines adopt FESTO quick-coupling and pipeline.

       Meter system adopts 24V DC, and lighting system supplied power by external AC power.
