Main Application :    

The machine unit is suitable for such fields as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, etc.. With no limit of viscosity, hardness, and the fiber content of the material, it is functioned with air cooling, screen-free, etc.

It has good pulverization effect on any material, especially suitable for fibrous Chinese herbs or oily materials.

 

 

Working Principle:  

The machine unit is made up of charging bucket, stepped gear, pulverizing knife, gearing, pulverizing motor, discharging port, fan blade, aggregating box, dust collection box, etc.

The material is fed into the pulverizing room through the charging bucket and pulverized by a knife with high rotation. 

The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of the gap between stepped gear and stepped pan. 

The well-processed material is suctioned from the pulverizing room to the hip-pocket in the aggregating box by fan blade with high rotation, while the half-processed material will remain to be pulverized in the pulverizing room. 

The dust in the hip-pocket is collected by the dust collection box. 

The machine unit is designed according to the GMP standard. It is featured with simple structure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. 

The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality with a dust collector.  There is no dust during the pulverizing.
