The SS900B8 digital automatic toroid winding machine adopts CNC toroid controller, it is belt type winding shuttle.belt type is used for the thick copper wire winding. It's an accurately and reliability digital toroid-winding machine.is used for toroidal inductor, toroidal transformer, toroidal current transformer, toroidal current sensor, toroidal coil,toroid chock coil, power inductors, power magnetics, UPS inductor, converter inductors, watter metter sensors,toroid current transformer of electronic watter-hour meter, power factor corrector toroid coil, etc.
Features of SS900B8 automatic toroid coil winding machine :
1. Collocate belt type winding head, and interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different toroid coil dimensions, different wire sizes, so that to reduce the cost.
2. Hi-tech shuttle for highest efficiency.
3. Separate speed controls for wire loading and winding.
4. Accurately count length of loading wire by length sensor, the wire length sensor be integrated in the winding motor.
5. Accurately count turns of winding by high frequency response photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable winding direction, winding returns range (turns or angle) and segment winding angle.
7. Accurately wire spacing by programmable controller.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 999 sequences of parameters with off-power memory retention.
