The self-developed three-stage gearbox design is small in size and large in speed ratio, which improves the traction of the entire vehicle.
All gearbox gears are made of 40CrMnTi, heat treatment process, high strength and impact resistance.
The engine casing is processed by seamless steel tubes, specially developed for mine conditions, resistance to moisture and earthquakes.
The steel wheel is cast in manganese steel, wear resistant and durable.
The length of the entire locomotive is only 1.66 meters, which is directly below the cage.
The appearance of the entire locomotive is electrostatically sprayed, which is more resistant to corrosion.
The external structure of the locomotive is screwed in for ease of maintenance.
Explosion-proof drive battery to prevent equipment downtime caused by the battery.
Regulation Cutter speed regulation, steady start, effectively protect engine and gearbox gear from impact.
