1)The steel will be formed to the required dimensions, as the specified in AS4344.
2) The weld was produced using the resistance butt processes and positioned in center of one leg of the link. It was smoothly finished all round.
3) All links have been calibrated before heat treatment to ensure the chain will be satisfied for marking and safe using chain slings.
4) All chains have been intermediate-frequency heat treated, it was hardened from a temperature above the AC3 point and tempered before being subjected to the manufacturing proof force.
