AUTOMATIC BOX PACKING MACHINE FOR TOOTHPASTE IN TOOTHPASTE MAKING LINE

BZ02automatic box packing machine can pack single regular-shaped product into box through a series of mechanical actions and realize automatic packing.

The whole process can be divided into four sections: putting down boxes, opening boxes, filling boxes and closing boxes. Putting down boxes often means that a suction cup absorbs a box that moves down to the boxing line. The guide rail locating device fixes the box. Then the pushing board opens the box while two movable locating devices rise underneath, get the box's sides stuck from the front and back, make the box open at right angles and move into the filling area. After filling, the machine folds the sides of box into the guide rail and closes the cover. Before closing, the machine bends box's side paperboard. Then the push plate pushes the cover to bend, so as to make the paperboard insert into the box and button the lock catch tightly.

The equipment can work alone or form a production line with other machines.
