This jacketed kettle is heated by steam.  It is generally utilized by factories which have burners that can produce steam. It reduces a large amount of energy cost for customers. Complete set of accessories is provided with the machine.

 Full body is made up of stainless steel 304, world recognized suitable and healthy steel for food materials, except for electric and hydraulic parts. Almost all parts are fabricated in our factory with laser machines to ensure their accuracy and compatibility with each other and thus reduce occurrence of breakdown. It has been repeatedly tested in our factory to achieve its best operation and function. 

Machine is designed with planetary mixing system to thoroughly mix all materials in the pot, without any missing point. It's positioned steadily while the mixing is even at the maximum speed.

10) Mixing arm tilted backwards automatically before discharging.
11) Cooking bowl titled to 90° hydraulically to allow easy discharge of food materials.

User-friendly control panel

Everything is done automatically through the panel, including temperature control, variable mixing speed, materials discharging, separate control of heating tubes, etc.

Hydraulic System

Equipped with hydraulic pump station for automatic mixing-arm lifting up/down and easy discharge of cooked materials allowing bowl titable 90 degrees.

Unique scraping system

Water tap

Thoughtful design of water tap can facilitate customers to fill water easily into the bowl while cooking or when washing is required.

Auto drain valves

On the bottom there are vlaves for draining condensed water and recidues injected along with steam. They can be drained automatically when accumulating in a certain amount.

Safe design

We use thick steel for steam jacket for its endurability under high pressure. Pressure value is easily monitored and controlled. Automatic pressure release valve enhances its safe operation.

Quality checklisted

Only when the previous step is checked and signed, will the next step proceed. Then checklist bears signatures of all staff invloved. Severe penalty will be imposed on the related staff if any quality problem is found.

Almost all parts except for  electric and hydraulic system are fabricated by our factory with laser machines, to ensure their accuracy and compatibility with each other, thus reduce occurrence of breakdown.
