We have been engaged in manufacturing fabric pleating for nearly 15 days. This pleating machine is dedicated for fabric, chiffon, nylon with contracted pleat pattern at a high efficiency.
Our factory is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province which is just 1 hour from Shanghai by train. You may send us sample to make a trial on our new installed machine before you place the order. We won't persuade you anything without fullfilling your expectation.

Product Application
ZJ-816 fabric ruffle pleating machine produces various pleat designs by roller/cylinders that are custom made. We have currently made over 20 kinds
of cylinders for various designs.
160 or 320 pcs of springs straining fabric into stereo pleat patterns with the help of heating setting.
Springs can be removed individually to make some space pleating.
The most important is working width is custom made too.
