MGO Sulfate board is made of magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate,and water. After configure and adding
additives, stable performance of magnesia gelled material, with alkali glass fiber network in reinforced material, lightweight materials as filler compound and into a new type of incombustible decorates material.

Strict requirement for producing mgo sulphate board
1)The activity of Mgo powder has to be above 65%
2) The purity of Mgo supphate has to be above 99%

Application
Appilications for mgo boad
In many applications, MgO boards can be used in the same ways as gypsum and Portland cement sheathings. The substitution is not fully direct in terms of sheet thicknesses, fastening methods and joint treatments, but is very similar.
This makes MgO board an easy product to use. The possible uses of MgO board are vast, and some of them include:Firewalls. Fiber glass mesh
The main function of fiber glass mesh is to increase the strength and durability of the board，what we use is high strength Platinum fiber glass mesh
For Floor board , we will use Glue-coated fiber glass mesh ,its strength is much higher than common types
2.Production Process control
The production team will record the process, such as each batch has used how many material, the control of the formula, density.So, when we need to trace back we could know how the boards was been made
1)We use automatic metering;
the machine will metering the MgO powder, MgSO4 automatically, and we will maintain the weight censor every batch production. For mixing, we will check the density of the mixed materials every mixing.
2)Molding/forming process.
Every time before production, workers set up the target thickness of the rollers by feeler gauge and team leader double check. After the first-time curing process, boards becoming solid and the team leader will check the thickness in the curing rooms to make sure it could meet the requirements.
3)During the curing process
we equipped the boiler to supply heat to the curing rooms to control the temperature. We also
equipped the alarm to alarm the workers if the temperature if not right. Picture shows you the alarm and heaters fans in the

3.Finished Product
In our factory lab, we could do the strength test, water content test and density test. We also could cooperate with customer to do third-party test and inspection before loading. You also could tell us your ideas.
