Virgin Material PP arriving and using
virgin pp material is used into the bag making, to keep the high quanlity of the bag, strong fiber, good loading weight, reduce the risk of tear. if recyled pp is used into the bag making, it will increase the risk of tear. so we do not use recycled pp into ther material. And we suggest you not use the recycled pp material for better. We would like to take the risk of using recycled pp.
Fabric weaving:
We introduced new 5 shuffle high speed weaving machine, to reach high effective working. That could make the fabric more neat and good apparance. The effect is high, the quality is better.

Fabric cutting:
before cutting ,we test the fabric density, grammage, and tention. when cutting fabric, we inspect the fabric apparance one piece by one piece. all the fabric with defects, will be diposed. all the fabric on pallets to be sewn, is well treated, no defects.
