1)Especially used to make PET bottle volume from 0.1L to 2L (4cavity).

2)Production of 500L bottles with 4cavity mould ,the output is 1800BPH.

3)Infrared lamp heater with independent temperature controler and preform rotation heating to ensure the preform is heated uniform and fast.

4)The clamping mechanism adopts hyperbolic arm compound hinge combined with buffer cylinder, with large clamping force, stable operation, sensitive and reliable action, completely eliminating the phenomenon of rising mold.

5) Advanced PLC control system, with counting function,control time accurately.

6)Easy to install and start,just need 1 person to operate.
