Plasma surface processor is electronic equipment with high precision and complete digital design, which uses TI newest digital DSP to control the whole process accurately by computer.Main power components uses 5th generation high speed IGBT of GermanyInfineon.
IGBT driver is the dedicated high speed drive chip for American Anwar and output voltage, output frequency, output power,flaming delay time and air pressure delay time can be set on the panel.Completely unlike of traditional analog plasma, it is easier touse DLZ2000 with more reliable performance. For processed product, the effect is more obvious, which can be improved several timeson adhesion.
Plasma processing is suitable to be used in various industrial fields, for example, painting, adhesion, silk printing, baking
paint, electroplating and other fields, which can effectively increase product surface adhesion, hydrophobicity and tension.
