The tunnel mucking loader also known as haggloader or tunnel excavator, is a type of underground construction mucking loading machinery mainly used in excavating of tunnel mining, mine engineering, narrow space mining operation such as metal mine, water transferred roadway, Urban jacking pipe, and etc. Besides, it can also be used to collect and transport ( convey ) different kinds of clastic rock from various engineering.
Our mucking loader is with a different capacity of 40 cubes, 50 cubes, 60 cube, 80 cube, 100 cube, 120 cube per hour. Mucking loader can be divided into different types: coal mine, rock load and excavation, tunnel excavation, underground engineering. While, according to the different mining or tunneling conditions, we can especially design the all kinds of haggloaders to meet customers' needs, such as crawler muck loader, track mucking loader, wheel mucking loader, roller heading mucking machine.

Wheel bridge chassis structure of tunnel mucking loader
The chassis part consists of frame, front axle, rear axle, motor ( explosion- proof motor ), hydraulic gear pump, hydraulic motor, oil tank and etc. When the machine is connected with electricity, the motor works to drive the oil pump through the hydraulic transmission control system, then, make the hydraulic motor to work. The hydraulic motor will let the gearbox to drive the front, rear axle and the steering cylinder. In this way, the machine can be walking forward, walking backward and turn of the machine.
Portal frame has firm structure, which uses 30mm thickness plate, and with 10mm thickness wear plate.
At the connection part between big arm and small arm,
there is one extra wear plate, which is around 10mm thickness.
The structure of our conveyor is very intensive, and we have strengthened in the core part.
In the besides of conveyor, we add the wear resisting plates on both sides, and you can see several hollow holes,

Sliding chassis structure of mucking loader ( We can customize machine width )
We can customize the narrowest width, which machine can work in narrow place.
