Ship type chicken poultry scalding and plucking machine, all made of stainless steel, the design adopts independent split type electric control box. Automatic temperature control and water temperature display, no water boiling phenomenon. Scalding machine is the important equipment of the poultry slaughter, scalding process before apply to hair removal. Scalding machine adopts closed frame type structure, heating steam heat exchange way, the water temperature automatic control, machinery, air double stirring, after scalding machine, the poultry birds body hair removal effect is good, the body is not compromised, body color and lustre is fresh, is a kind of ideal poultry surface treatment equipment.
The scalding machine is used together with the seven-roll plucking machine. After scalding the slaughtered chickens, the scalding machine automatically pushes chickens out to the seven-roll plucking machine for automatic depilation, and the finished-down chickens have bright colors and uniform colors, which is a good golden match in the slaughtering machinery.
