• Paper edge groove impressing device instead of motor driving saws, energy saving, less maintenance and clean;
• Dynamic foam generating system;
• Wet additives like retarder, silicon oil and water reducing agent all with independent system;
• Altogether 4 powder additives configured with metering feeding devices, ensuring accurate dosing and high potential and flexible technology development;
• Overflow of plaster to weighing belt conveyor and its material internal circulating loop makes the belt filling consistent;
• Double screw powder mixer to make plaster and additive homogeneous;
• Most updated German style mixer with dense plaster extraction and foam injection holes; motor driving with frequency inverter;
• Dryer door, dryer drive and distributional bridge of German technology The extruder for board forming with motor driven thickness adjustment;
• Dryer with frequency inverters for the circulation fan motors and automatic central lubrication for chain wheel;
• Knife controlled by servo motor;
• 2 zone longitudinal dryer with:
Moisture discharge from zone 1 to zone 2 to save thermal energy;
Humidity control with humidity detector, to let the dryer running at stable state and to acquire consistent board quality;
Heating system: hot air technology (no oil pipes inside dryer, via heat exchanger);
• Electric control system of famous brand;
• Electrical control panel and PLC: Siemens S7 series;
