Peak Shifting Solution  above
Peak shifting solution is for save electricity cost especially there is a big electricity price difference between day time red zone and night electricity price is cheap. This solution is AC three phase coupled and battery charging and discharging are managed by EMS and metering.


Solar Self-consumption Solution    above
This battery is working with a high voltage MPPT controller, battery can be charged from solar when there is suplus generation. And battery discharge to demand by PCS.


Off-grid battery solution   above
This is for scenario without any grid connection. Local load is supplied from both solar and battery. Battery is charged from solar by suplus generation and discharge to demand when there is no any solar generation.


Multiple racks battery solution   above
Singe battery rack capacity is always around 100kWh to 160kWh. When this capacity is not sufficient, we need parallel more racks for more battery capacity.

Solar & Battery Hybrid ESS is a high integrated solar generation and battery storage system. PV panels can be connected to solar PCS directly and work with batteries to achieve renewable energy generation and self-consumption, load shifting and load shading by islanding functional control.




How it works


what is high voltage battery system
For the lithium iron phosphate battery cells, the single cell voltage is always 3.2V, all voltage, current, power (kW) and energy (kwh) applications are based on this. High voltage lithium battery system usually refers to the battery system voltage is greater than or equal to 96V, for example, 192V 50Ah battery system is 1P60S (60 cells series connected) cell
connection based on 50Ah single cell capacity, 240V 50Ah battery is 1P75S cell connection, 384V 100Ah battery is 1P120S cell connection based on 100Ah cell, etc. We also can parallel cell first for double or triple total capacity. The corresponding battery capacity is usually 50Ah, 100Ah, 150Ah, 200Ah, etc.
For high voltage, in the single-cluster battery system, the batteries are always connected in series to achieve a higher voltage. Moreover,
there is a high voltage DC main unit is needed to manage this high voltage cluster. The main function of the high voltage DC main
unit is to manage all the BMU units of this cluster through the master BMS, meanwhile to provide start-stop, protection and other
functions for this cluster.
