The grit gas anchor the new structure is simple and reliable, using the principle of separation of spiral separator and slippage effect, so that the flow to achieve a two-stage separation process results in the inner tube of the cycle, and avoid flushing fluid poured from the formation during cleanout to reservoir protection.

 

Structural characteristics and working principle

The grit air anchor is composed of top joint, a fluid separation body, mandrel, spiral piece, a vent valve, bottom joint. The liquid flows from the screen opening in the upper portion of the outer tube through the flight and the swirling fluid into the central tube. At this time, the bubbles in the liquid are lifted by the centrifugal force of gravity and the gravity to extend the outer wall of the central tube to the suction screen hole, and the lower stroke of the plunger is discharged into the casing and the oil pipe annulus, and the sand sinks under the action of centrifugal force and gravity. A separation is achieved in the lower tube of the pump. The liquid flows from the center tube, and the shunt tube is wound into the oil jacket loop air from the side hole of the branch pipe into the pump. During the circulation of the liquid flow in the shunt tube, due to the effect of gravity and slippage, the air bubbles are discharged upward into the oil jacket annulus, and the sand particles descend down into the oil well pocket to complete the secondary separation of the gas sand.
