Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are the professional manufacturer of cargo control products over 20 years. Our products involve in ratchet strap, webbing, winch strap, sling, cargo bar, jack bar, chain, hand puller, winch and kind of hardwares such as hook, link, etc.

Q2: Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
We have cooperated with many big companies for OEM, but we also offer ODM service as we have our own R&D team with more than over 300 patents, Topsun is the company integraed R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and service into a whole.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
Usually 1000 pcs for each item.

Q4: Do you have certificates?
Yes, we have ISO9001, ISO14001, GS, IATF 16949, OHSAS18001, 3C, ZHEJIANG MADE.

Q5: How do you control your quality?
a.\tWe have cooperated with state-owned corporations for raw materials for many years, which can guarantee the quality of the original source.
b.\tStrictly execute standards like European EN, USA WSTDA, AUSTRALIA AS/NZ., etc.
c.\tEquipped with QC Dept. and a series of testing devices for each shipment with test report. Any unqualified do not be allowed to ship.
d.\tAll products have been insured by PICC(People's Insurance Company of China) for the liability of quality.

Q6: How can I get samples?
We are honored to offer you sample(samll value), but clients are expected to pay for the courier cost.

Q7: What are your payment terms?
In general, payment terms is T/T 30% Deposit, 70% by the Copy of B/L.

Q8: How about your delivery time?
Delivery time will be within 60 days since the PI is confirmed and we receive the advance payment. We have specific production schedules from different divisions. We can see the stages once it procceds the order on our system.
