    A: Depends on the bike.

    A: We accept OEM , ODM, and we can provide parts exporting service.

    A: It usually takes about 25-40 working days for production based on specifications for your order and quantity. 

7. Q: What's your warranty terms? 
    A: 1. Electric parts: 24 months;
         2. Frame & Fork: 12 months;
         3. Others: 6 months.

8. Q: Do you have the products in stock? 
    A: No, all e-bikes will be newly produced according to your order including samples. 

9. Q: Can I mix different models in one container? 
      A: Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.
