working principleof depalletizing
The forklift truck carries the stacked tanks from the constant temperature warehouse to the unloading position and starts to work.
The stack plate elevator lifts the whole stack plate after positioning to the unloading height. When the tank is unloaded, the empty stack plate is removed. It can adjust the speed the rising or falling independently to meet the needs of operation.
The tank unloading process: When the tank is sent to the height of unloading tank, the permanent magnet steel suction cups suck the whole layer of tank to the net conveyor, then return to the ready position, continue to push out one layer and then send it to the net belt. The action circulates back and forth until the whole stack is unloaded.
