Fuel Tank Sump with Built-In Return provides you with a perfect option to maximize fuel delivery, and customization when
installing your aftermarket fuel system. Our kit features a one-hole design that only requires drilling a single 3″ hole for
installation. Two machined grooves allow for two o-ring gaskets to ensure a leak-free seal. Our sump is also secured to a top
plate with two bolts (with sealing washers) for a strong secure seal. The notches on the top plate allow for the sump to be
installed without the need of dropping your fuel tank. Fuel Return Installation of most aftermarket fuel systems require you to
cut and “tee” into your factory fuel filler neck. In some cases, modifications to the filler neck can cause leaks, and also cause
fuel pumps to “click off” when refueling. Using the built-in return port, you can easily route return fuel back to the tank
without having to modify any other components for a clean and easy installation. Once the fuel is returned through the sump it
rises through our stand pipe and back into the tank so the aerated returning fuel is not introduced back into the feed
immediately. Fuel Fittings Our Kit includes two 1/2″ brass barbed Push-Lock fittings. No need to use hose clamps on our kit! Just
slide the hoses up-to the Push-Lock, and move onto the next step of installation. Features: Built-In Fuel Return No Tank Drop
