Fast cutting for block/sheets by means of the continuous blade, CNCHK-9.1 can cut contours for PU flexible or re-bonded foam, PE, PP fiber, coated materials (such as foam with fabric) or similar materials. It’s suitable for the plants that have great demand of contour cutting.

CNCHK-9.1 can be upgraded to an automatic cutting line by adding a horizontal slicing machine or CNCHK-9.2(Horizontal Contour Cutter).

Most existing files can be easily and quickly converted to DXF files making them suitable for processing foam blocks. Their System Cut Check will monitor and correct the load on the servo motors by checking for phase errors. The program will be automatically corrected adding life to the motors and increasing blade life.
