The company is equipped with 14 bending machines, 3 of which are CNC servo motor tube bending machines that are capable of bending stainless steel tubes with diameters up to 5.5 inches, and possesses laser cutters, water jet cutters, cyber-welders, CNC production centers, CNC grinders, millers and other hydraulic machines, with an annual production capacity of approximately 120,000 sets.

Q1:How to proceed an order for your products?

We are a direct production factory, we will directly quote the existing products, provide carton size, weight, etc. If it is a customized product, we will quote according to customer requirements, survey data and make drawings, make molds, arrange sample production, after confirmation Mass production of products and testing of products.

Q2:How about your delivery time?

In general, stocked products are shipped in 15 days, custom products take 30 to 45 days. The exact delivery time depends on the number of orders and customer requirements.

Q3:What about the sample MOQ?

Samples are available, but customers must pay for the sample and shipping costs.

Q4:About packaging?

1. Usually use a thick neutral carton
2. Double-layer cover carton, the packaging cost is slightly higher,
3. Using foam packaging, high packaging cost and good firmness.
