1. Steel Wire Drawing Machine

Application:

Hydraulic steel wire drawing machine: pull out the steel wire from tire sidewall so that the tire can be shredded by tyre shredder directly in the next step. In this case, it can protect the blades of tyre shredder, prolong the service life of the blades and increase the working efficiency of the shredder.

Operating Instructions:

1.When using this machine, please add the hydraulic oil, the best quantity shall reach the two thirds of

 the oil cylinder.

2 . First fix the machine, then infill wear-resistant hydraulic oil L-HM46, oil level gage in the oil cylinder as the standard, next connect pipes, flow in from lower part and flow out from  higher part.

3.T he total power clockwise rotation, press forward switch to hook out does not move, the   tire on the fixed position, according to the tire, tire is fixed on the hook on the tire downward, 

according to the drawing switch, pull out wire to 20 centimeters pressed tight switch (pressing   the wire can   not be too tight). The last switch drawing according to drawing .

4. Note that when the tire turn into a ball press forward switch, when the tire after release according to 

the drawing switch until the wire out, finally press the back opened the door switch wire out of all 

complete operation. Then shut the door and repeat the above operation.

2. Tyre cutter       

Application:

It can be applied to cut whole  tires and  rubber s into pieces which can be shredded by the tyre shredder in the next step. 

Structure and Working Theory:

Structure: It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, a pair of knives, machine shelf and

rotation rotors.

Working theory: The motor  drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder; puttting tire between two knives, it will be fixed by a locking arms, then the knives will be driven by the movement of cylinder, which makes the two knives form into scissors, and cut the tire further.
