The main control provides serial/standard CAN bus as a communication interface, which can be connected to differential GPS, inertial navigation system, binocular camera, laser radar and a series of external devices such as infrared/ultrasonic obstacle avoidance sensors.

As a universal chassis design, SCOUT has all the basic components such as lights, buzzers, voltmeters, emergency stop switches...etc. It can also be equipped with different external devices for different application conditions. In order to reduce additional wiring,a bus interface is reserved all over the body to provide a power and communication network for the equipment installed around the body.
