Our yeast is featured with high and steady fermentation at 750ml/h at least, and preservation rate 80% above. These two characters are very important. Besides these, we control the micro bacteria,heavy metal very strictly under European standards. This is not possible for some smaller yeast producer since strict standards require world class technical supports.
