SS Shaping and Drying Tumbler
ZL250 stainless steel shaping and drying tumbler is used for the shaping and pre-drying of soft capsule. Each tumbler has a fan, and can rotate in a positive or negative direction independently; Frequency conversion speed regulation, and the speed can be controlled by PLC when connected with the capsule machine; Also can prevent the cross pollution caused by the broken capsules, easy to clean; The upper drive structure makes the tumbler completely separated, and no oil leakage; Each tumbler is made of stainless steel wire mesh, which with a diameter of 1.2mm; HDPE material for guide plate and outlet.
