1. for customized backprinting: within 30days after deposit;

2. for regular Sharpness stocking lot: within 10days after deposit;

Production process:

1. Confirm order in writing by Buyer and Seller;

2. Buyer arrange deposit and Seller confirm in writting by email;

3. Seller send customized design files for checking, Buyer needs to reply in 24hours;

4. Production 

5. Sampling checking on production and update the production schedule to Buyer every Wednesday;

6. Samples record for Buyer for each item, report the ready shipment with quantity, packing, invoice to Buyer;

7. Buyer arrange balance payment and Seller confirm the receipt in written after got it;

8. Shipment arranged according to Buyer's requests

9. Feedback and follow up on shipment and goods arrival
