Product Introduction:
Ceramic filter is a kind of dewatering equipment, mainly consisting of ceramic filter plate, roller system, mixing system, feeding and discharging system, vacuum system, filtrate discharge system, scraping system, backwashing system, combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic matching). Acid cleaning system, automatic control system, tank body, and several parts of the frame.Application Field:
Filtration and dewatering of fine particulate materials in mining metal mines, non-metallic minerals, environmentally friendly sludge, cement, building materials and other industries.
Performance characteristics:
① The average filtration speed is 2 to 3 times of bag filter.
② The fan-shaped filter plate has a uniform distribution of dewatering holes, reasonable hole ratio, large rib size, and is made of high-strength engineering plastics, and the life is improved by 1-1.5 times.
③ It is only necessary to open and close the valve for cleaning the filter in each filtration cycle, and the labor intensity is low and the operating conditions are good.
