Z8616BF hot core box core shooting machine is a sand core shooting equipment using coated sand. Can shoot solid sand cores in various template size ranges and in the maximum shot sand weight range.
This machine involves two shooting heads moving back and forth in a straight line using a sand shooting cylinder to finish sand adding and shooting.
According to different user moulds, the two shooting heads can act simultaneously and individually, two different moulds can be placed at the same time, and one pair of different moulds can be placed at the same time for production.
The core box template is optimally designed and installed by adopting three through guide shafts and one semi-guide shaft, which
further increases the stability of equipment, facilitates coring and is more humanized.
